Using digital job sheets
Digital job sheets replace loose paper records with one live page for each valet job.
The job sheet shows the vehicle, dealership, service type, current status, staff assignment and notes. Staff can add proof photos and managers can review completion before marking work ready.
Additional work and recleans can be linked back to the original job, creating a clearer history for customer questions or internal quality checks.
